Here’s how Barlens make it easy: Five simple steps to a successful event.

Step One: Consultation and Planning

Meet with Barlens to outline your event, your goals and ideas. If your heart’s set on a location or date, now is the time to discuss it. We will do our absolute best to accommodate and the sooner we know what you want, the better.

Step Two: Design Solution and Approval

We will present you with the details of how we can help you organise your event, based on the discussions of Step One. Barlens can also provide you with floor plans to your specifications and design. This is a great opportunity to make changes, reconsider budgets, and think about flexibility for dates and numbers.

Step Three: Allocation of your Project Manager

Once all the details are approved you’ll be allocated a project manager as your main contact. The running order of set up and preparation can be discussed along with decisions regarding the finer details, making sure your event comes together the way you want.

Step Four: The Event Itself

Depending on the arrangement, your manager will organise all your hire needs, referring to you only when absolutely necessary or it will be run by a combined management approach to ensure the best result on the day.

Step Five: The End, Pack down, Debrief.
