10 – 12 FEBRUARY 2012, THE NATIONAL MULTICULTURAL FESTIVAL

Barlens sponsored the National Multicultural Festival 2012, a celebration of all things multicultural that showcased music, dancing and amazing food from around the world.

We provided over 330 of our 3x3 stalls, thousands of chairs and hundreds of tables and much more! It took us 6 days to erect and 4 days to dismantle for a crowd of 260,000 to make the most of. The festival is a wonderful community event and we love being a part of it.

17 NOVEMBER 2011

Barlens supplied the marquees to help screen the US President Barack Obama at the Australian War Memorial in Canberra on Tuesday November 17. The two marquees, a large 20 x 10 meter Hoecker and a smaller 10 x 21 meter Hoecker adjoining the entrance to the building, were erected the day before in preparation for his visit.

15 SEPTEMBER to 14 OCTOBER 2011, FLORIADE

Barlens were again proud sponsors of Floriade, the largest flower display in the Southern Hemisphere, held in Canberra's Commonwealth Park. Barlens worked closely with the team at Floriade to organise the exhibition equipment, the pavilion, furniture, catering equipment and lighting.
