Barlens Exhibitions, also known as BEX, services the ACT, NSW, QLD, and VIC, with dedicated teams of experts in each region to support your exhibition from concept to reality. BEX was created to deliver seamless exhibition solutions with industry leading products and innovations.

In 2021, BEX was formed by the merging of multiple exhibition businesses, formerly known as PES and Expo Solutions, bringing together years of exhibition experience and expertise. The launch of BEX combines the best of Barlens, PES and Expo Solutions to give you expert advice, refined industry experience and top of the range products and hire solutions.

The team at BEX have over 70 years of combined industry experience and use their expertise to deliver end-to-end exhibition solutions across the East Coast of Australia. Our team have spent decades in the exhibitions industry developing the knowledge to supply and install innovative booth structures, modular solutions, displays and bold branding.

BEX offers exhibition services to all events, from smaller, local exhibitions to large-scale national exhibitions. Our exhibition packages range from the install and supply of booths and modular equipment, right through to end-to-end planning, installation, and styling; no matter what level of exhibitions support you need, BEX has the answer.

As an exhibitor we know how important it is for your exhibition stand to reflect your brand and make meaningful impressions on your potential customers, that’s why our dedicated exhibition experts are always available to support, advise and guide you from concept to reality and here’s how:

1.   Reach out to our team for consultation and advice –we’ll guide you on booths to suit your requirements, suitable floor plans along with recommended equipment and furniture.

2.   We’ll put together a floor plan and work with you to make sure your event is coming together exactly how you imagined, then, we’ll provide an obligation free quote for our end-to-end services.

3.   When expo day rolls around we’ll be there during bump-in to take care of the booth installation and build, signage install, furniture, accessories, and any AV equipment drop off
