What size are the booths?

We offer a range of standard booth sizes, from 2m x 1m, up to 3m x 3m, with a height of 2m. Need to add a fascia name sign to the top of the booth? That’ll bring it to 2.4m high. And of course, we can widen your booth by the metre as needed.

What’s included in the cost of a BEX booth?

Booth hire sets you up for success by including all walls (velcro compatible), standard fascia name sign (maximum 30 characters), 1 x 4amp power supply and 2 x LV directional lights

What material are the booths made of?

All booth walls feature black Velcro compatible material within a silver aluminium frame.

Can I personalise my fascia name sign?

Fascia name signs are fully customisable with your logo or any other artwork for a small extra fee. Let us know at least 3 weeks prior to your event and we’ll get it done.

Can graphics be inserted into the booth panels?

Yes, you can insert multiple graphics (1sqm) directly into our sophisticated booth systems. Let us know and provide the artwork at least 1 month prior to your event, and we’ll take care of the rest.

What does a custom graphic display weigh?

At only 45kg, our 3m x 1m custom displays flat pack to 1sqm for easy transportation by car or plane.

How long will it take to erect my custom display?

Custom displays take no more than 10-15 minutes to erect with an allen key and can be easily moved or changed.

Why should I purchase a custom graphic display?

Custom graphics are guaranteed to make your booth stand out from the rest and get the attention of your potential customers. Our high-quality displays result in maximum impact and a sophisticated look and feel.

Can I hire display boards from BEX?

Yes, and they’re made from the same material as our booth walls. They can be used in various configurations to suit any need.

Can I hire furniture for my booth from BEX?

Are floor plans provided?

Yes, prior to the event we’ll work with you and your venue to design a floor plan detailing the exact location of every exhibition booth.

Will I need extra power at my booth?

The included 1 x 4amp power supply will suffice for the operation of one, small appliance (e.g., your POS system), so, if you’ll be using 2 or more appliances we do recommend upgrading to a tagged and tested power board. Let us know your power requirements during booking or prior to the event.
