Fortunately, we have all of the equipment to prepare for the unpredictable. In the instance of higher than average UV rays, we have umbrellas and fans to provide your guests a break from the sun. or maybe you’re dealing with all the winter elements at once (wind, rain, cold, snow?), don’t stress, we have a variety of heaters, and roofing/structure products available to protect your guest from the elements.

We get it, planning an event can be hard enough

Let alone having to think about the clean-up

That’s why we don’t want you to wash up any of the catering gear (including your glassware) before returning it. Simply rinse any remaining food/dinks and stack your gear in the box and we’ll take care of the rest.

First you need to decide what kind of event you are looking to host

Would you like a formal sit down, or stand-up cocktail?

if you’re looking for a formal sit-down event, we recommend 1.5 square meters per guest and 1 square per meter for a stand up cocktail event. If you’re also looking for room for the band, DJ, dancefloor, bar and catering kitchen you will need to allow more room. If you let us know what exactly you are looking for and how many guests you have our sales team will be able to provide a recommended marquee size.
