Your local event hire company, Barlens, has been named Rental Company of the Year – Events Division in the Hire and Rental Industry Association's (HRIA) National Hire Industry Excellence Awards for 2023.
The win is no small feat for the locally owned and grown business operating for over 58 years. The annual Awards pay tribute to the exceptional service and innovation standards displayed throughout Australia's hiring sector.
The HRIA is the critical national industry body representing Australia's AU$8bn hire and rental industry. Accepting the award on behalf of the company, Barlens CEO Peter Taylor said everyone in the Barlens family is “chuffed” by the win.
"This accolade is a testament to ourteam's work and dedication. Recent environmental factors, such as the pandemic saw many businesses in our industry shut their doors.
